required information\n\nStock Deals\nObtain proof of purchase from customers to process stock deals\n\nPOS\nShort deliveries and damage stock reported to Marketing and further actions taken according to instructions\n\nConsult with National POS Manager to destroy of fix damaged goods\n\nProcess Inter Branch Transfers (IBT)\nInter branch transfers (IBT) captured on the system as per delivery instructions\n\nCourier waybills completed accurately\n\nReceiving warehouse informed\n\nOverdue IBT’s are investigated and reported\n\nIBT’s receipted within 3 hours of received\n\nReceive POS stock into the warehouse\n\nInspections\nHealth and Safety inspections done before the 26th of each month and loaded onto Portal\n\nSummary checklist to be completed and filed for audit purposes\n\nJob Requirements:\nNational Senior Certificate with secretarial short courses\n\n3 years administrative and secretarial experience\n\nKnowledge of FMCG or Sales environment would be
