Solution Architect is responsible for designing end-to-end solutions (encompassing application layer, data layer and infrastructure layer) that address our businesses and functions’ needs.\nYou will be a part of the Global Enterprise Architecture team and work closely with domain representatives, product owners, developers, data architects, infrastructure specialists and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and efficient solutions. Your scope will cover more specifically business domains related tooperations : Supply Chain and Manufacturing & Production\nThe Solution Architect oversees solution architecture definition, securing alignment with global frameworks at Pernod Ricard & consistency of models across technical landscape. The role involves guaranteeing that overall development efforts are integrated appropriately, from testing to effective roll-out.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDefining target Solution Architecture and Contribute to Solution Design, Development and Rollout:\nUnderstand business objectives, technical requirements, and constraints.\n\nDevelop comprehensive solution designs that leverage existing technologies and align with industry best practices.\n\nDefine solution conceptual & detailed architecture, securing alignment with global architecture standards, build & maintain associated models & documentation.\n\nAssess evolving product roadmap impacts on solution architecture & continuously optimize target vision.\n\nDefine guidelines for engineering/development & integration/deployment teams working on the solution, in relation with tech/data architects, provide support as needed.\n\nContribute to the evaluation/selection process for application packages, where relevant\n\nEngaging in change management & continuous improvement initiatives: \nContribute to transversal initiatives to secure continuous improvement of architecture practices at Pernod Ricard.\n\nChampion global architecture vision within product squads, for your scope. Continuously develop your own skills on solution architecture topics\n\nTechnical Leadership: \nProvide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nWork closely with development teams to ensure that architectural standards and best practices are followed.\n\nArchitecture Development: \nDesign and document solution architectures, including system components, interfaces, data flows, and integration points.\n\nEnsure that architectures are scalable, secure, and maintainable.\n\nTechnology Evaluation: \nResearch and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks.\n\nMake recommendations for technology adoption based on industry trends, client requirements, and project goals.\n\nRisk Management: \nIdentify potential risks and issues related to solution architecture.\n\nDevelop mitigation strategies to address risks and ensure project success.\n\nYOUR PROFILE\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.\n\n10-12 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, ideally within Manufacturing, Operations, or Production environments.\n\nStrong background in enterprise-level software development methodologies, frameworks, and technologies.\n\nProven experience designing and delivering complex technology solutions in large-scale business environments.\n\nGood understanding of Operations, Production, and Manufacturing business processes.\n\nSolid knowledge of ERP systems and their role in supporting operational business functions.\n\nUnderstanding of OT systems and their integration with enterprise landscapes.\n\nExperience with solution design across multisite and multi-instance environments.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud computing, microservices architecture, and API design.\n\nKnowledge of architectural frameworks, design patterns, and integration technologies.\n\nUnderstanding of data management principles and their role in enterprise solutions.\n\nExperience with cloud-native development and serverless computing is an advantage.\n\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.\n\nProven ability to work across business and technology teams in a collaborative environment.\n\nExperience with ITSM processes and agile ways of working is a plus.\n\nExperience in consumer goods, FMCG, or similarly complex global organizations
