Domestic and global financial institutions leverage our corporate strength, commercial approach, risk and compliance practices, expertise and service excellence in debt markets, managed funds and digital solutions to enable our clients success.\nAbout the Role\nAs Quality Assurance Associate, you will complete regular quality reviews, support compliance enquiries and help maintain effective operational controls. You will also contribute to data and vendor governance while identifying opportunities to improve the team’s processes and service delivery\nKey Responsibilities\nComplete monthly quality reviews of incoming security documents processed for clients\nReview work completed by new team members undertaking verification and data entry training\nCoordinate security document packets required for client securitisation audits\nRespond to investigation, complaint and legal notice enquiries, including coordinating client follow up\nMaintain policies, procedures, operational risk controls and assigned control testing\nComplete data reconciliations and maintain accurate records within Content Manager\nSupport vendor governance and identify operational trends, issues and improvement opportunities.\nAbout you\nWe’re interested in hearing from people who have:\nExperience in quality assurance, including conducting quality reviews, assurance activities or control walkthroughs in a regulated environment\nExperience in operational processing and client service, ideally involving mortgage or security documents\nA sound understanding of mortgage documentation\nMortgage due diligence experience and/or proven experience in mortgage loan quality control processes will be highly regarded\nA highly organised and systematic approach to managing work and competing priorities\nStrong problem solving skills, attention to detail and sound judgement\nStrong customer service and relationship management skills, with confidence working with clients and service providers nationally\nThe ability to handle confidential information appropriately and assist colleagues with training across a range of tasks.\nWe love hearing from people who are inspired to shape the future with us.
