Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to translate field feedback into action\n\nYou may be a good fit if\n5+ years of SaaS sales experience selling to small and mid-sized organizations, with 2+ years directly managing quota-carrying Account Executives\n\nA track record of meeting or exceeding team revenue targets in a high-growth environment\n\nExperience hiring, ramping, and developing sellers\n\nExperience coaching teams to generate their own pipeline through outbound and product-led signals in a high-velocity sales motion\n\nStrong command of Salesforce, pipeline management, and forecasting\n\nBackground selling technical products, ideally AI, data, or infrastructure\n\nComfort operating without an established
