automations, custom skills, and workflows that run IT at scale.\nInstrument and tune our agentic IT ticketing system: spot trends, track KPIs, and engineer agent behavior to resolve requests quickly.\nGive employees great day-to-day IT support, in person and remotely, across hardware, accounts, and SaaS apps.\nBuild and promote self-service tools across the company.\nContribute to IT projects across endpoint management, identity and access management (IAM), and our IT back end.\nQualifications:\n3+ years of experience in IT help desk and systems administration, ideally in a fast-growing startup.\nExperience with macOS and Google Workspace.\nExperience with Google Workspace, Okta, ideally Okta Workflows\nExperience using AI coding tools and scripting languages like Bash or Python.\nFamiliarity with MDM like Iru or Intune is a plus.\nA methodical approach to root-cause troubleshooting and strong interest in automating away repetitive tasks.\nClear, friendly communication and enjoyment in helping
