eg.Figma, Slack, Ramp, Airtable\n\nComfortable thinking about both 0→1 product design and large-scale optimization\n\nExcellent visual, UI, and interaction skills\n\nAn excellent communicator with team members and users\n\nComfort prototyping or coding your ideas\n\nYou care about shipping great software more than anything else\n\n5+ years of industry experience\n\nNice to have\nSome of our design team writes production code -
