This role requires strong product judgment, deep user empathy, analytical rigor, fluency in agentic systems, and an exceptional ability to turn technical primitives into products people can use.\nWhat You'll Do\nAnticipate opportunities for innovation and value in reusable, composable AI capabilities.\n\nEnvision and deliver a long-term vision for Skills, collaboration, artifact generation, and Projects.\n\nUnderstand the levers for capability discovery, adoption, reuse, sharing, and ecosystem growth.\n\nWork closely with engineering and design to align product expectations with model, tool, and platform capabilities.\n\nWork with research to evaluate and steer nondeterministic models, tools, and agents into high-value outcomes for users.\n\nHave conviction to make difficult product decisions in the face of uncertainty.\n\nDevelop a deep understanding of how individuals and teams create, customize, collaborate, and build repeatable workflows with AI.\n\nMake complex AI behavior understandable and controllable through clear interaction models, thoughtful defaults, permissions, and well-designed feedback.\n\nDrive alignment when capabilities span Computer, Search, Projects, artifacts, connectors, or multiple teams.\n\nCommunicate product decisions, tradeoffs, progress, and learnings clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.\n\nQualifications\nStrong experience with product management and leadership.\n\nStrong experience working with data and metrics.\n\nExperience building AI-native productivity, collaboration, platform, or developer-facing products.\n\nExperience with agentic systems, tool use, evaluations, extensibility, or workflow orchestration.\n\nExperience with rapid prototyping and designing systems that produce high-quality artifacts.\n\nExperience building data-driven flywheels for iterative improvement.\n\nThrives in a small, agile team: has initiative and desire for ownership.\n\n4+ years of product management experience.\n\nOur Mission\nPerplexity's mission is to power curiosity.
