This includes how users begin and continue work, understand what the product is doing, navigate and find what they need, manage their context and preferences, collaborate with others, and return to ongoing work across platforms.\nYou will identify the highest-leverage user problems, translate them into clear product direction, and partner closely with design, engineering, data science, and research to deliver experiences that feel fast, intuitive, cohesive, and dependable. This role requires strong product judgment, deep user empathy, analytical rigor, and an exceptional eye for detail.\nWhat You'll Do\nAnticipate opportunities for innovation and value in enterprise industries.\n\nEnvision new experiences and deliver a long-term vision.\n\nUnderstanding of levers for product-led growth and retention.\n\nWork closely with engineering and design to align product expectations and capabilities.\n\nWork with research to evaluate and steer nondeterministic models into the high value outcomes for users.\n\nHave conviction to make difficult product decisions in the face of uncertainty.\n\nDevelop a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and friction through direct product use, qualitative research, product data, and experimentation.\n\nMake complex AI behavior understandable and controllable through clear interaction models, thoughtful defaults, and well-designed feedback.\n\nDrive alignment when improvements span multiple product surfaces, platforms, or teams.\n\nCommunicate product decisions, tradeoffs, progress, and learnings clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.\n\nQualifications\nStrong experience with product management and leadership.\n\nStrong experience working with data and metrics.\n\nExperience with productivity and knowledge work products.\n\nExperience with prototyping and data visualization.\n\nExperience with building data driven flywheels for iterative improvement.\n\nThrives in a small, agile team: has initiative and desire for ownership.\n\n4+ years of product management experience.\n\nOur Mission\nPerplexity's mission is to power curiosity.
