full-cycle technical recruiting experience\n\nExperience working at a high-growth startup\n\nProven track record of successfully placing top-tier technical talent\n\nHands-on experience using AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, or candidate engagement\n\nFluency with varied Applicant Tracking Systems (Ashby preferred)\n\nStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills\n\nProactive,
