Help us do it.\nAt Perrigo, we are looking for a proactive, commercially minded and creative Brand Manager to support the development of our Upper Respiratory portfolio across Poland, Baltics and Ukraine, including brands such as Coldrex, Xylorin, Tussirex and Physiomer.\nYou will be responsible for driving brand performance, supporting portfolio strategy and delivering marketing activities in collaboration with cross-functional and international teams. The role combines strategic thinking with strong executional focus in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.\nWhy this role is exciting\nYou will work with a portfolio of well-established consumer healthcare brands across multiple markets.\nYou will contribute to brand growth through marketing initiatives, portfolio optimization and innovation projects.\nYou will gain exposure to different healthcare categories including cold & flu, nasal care and cough.\nYou will collaborate closely with commercial, medical, regulatory, supply chain and global category teams.\nYou will have the opportunity to shape activities across a diverse cluster of countries and channels.\nScope of the Role\nDevelop strong category, consumer and market understanding across Poland, Baltics and Ukraine.\nSupport the development and implementation of annual brand and activation plans.\nDrive execution of marketing campaigns across consumer and healthcare professional touchpoints.\nMonitor brand performance, market dynamics and competitor activity, translating insights into recommendations and actions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve portfolio performance, distribution and market presence.\nManage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.\nCollaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Regulatory, Medical and Supply teams to deliver business objectives.\nIdentify new business opportunities, support innovation, launch and renovation projects, ensuring alignment with local market needs.\nPrepare business cases, forecasts and performance analyses to support decision-making.\nMaintain regular communication with global category teams and share local market insights.\nExperience Required\nMaster's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field.\nMinimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer healthcare, OTC, pharma or FMCG.\nExperience managing brands and delivering marketing plans from development through execution.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.\nGood understanding of consumer behavior, market research and digital marketing fundamentals.\nHigh sense of responsibility, assertiveness, self-reflection.\nStrong team player, experience working in cross-functional and international teams\nStrong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
