You will help ensure that manufacturing operations are efficient, safe, cost-effective and compliant with regulatory standards.\nScope of the Role\nProcess Subject Matter Expert:\nAchieve and maintain expert process and equipment knowledge within a specific area of manufacturing \nProcess Design and Optimisation:\nIdentify opportunities for process optimisation\nDesign process changes to realise the identified opportunities\nConduct engineering change management activities to assess proposed process changes\nContribute to pre-liminary financial analysis of improvements to quantify benefit\nEvaluate potential improvements to ensure the most beneficial are prioritized\nOversee implementation of changes \nRegulatory Compliance:\nEnsure processes meet EHS, Quality and other regulatory requirements\nConduct process and equipment assessments to identify risks and implement corrective actions \nProduction Support:\nWork with Maintenance, Production, Quality and Capital Project teams to design, implement and maintain production equipment and systems\nInvestigate and troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions \nContinuous Improvement:\nApply Lean and Six Sigma principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste \nDocumentation:\nContribute to the Engineering Documentation/Drawing management system\nContribute to the development of SOPs, validation protocols and user requirement specification\nWrite technical reports \nExperience Required\nDegree in a relevant engineering discipline required \n3+ years of experience in a Process Engineering related role within a manufacturing environment required \nExperience working in an oral solid dose pharmaceutical manufacturing environment preferred \nExperience with process optimisation required \nExperience writing technical reports required \nExperience working in a highly regulated industry preferred \nExperience with industrial building services preferred \nExperience working in a cGMP environment
