We pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture where each person can experience a sense of belonging.\nJoin us on our One Perrigo journey as we evolve to win in self-care.\nDescription Overview\nThe Project Engineer is responsible for leading and owning capital projects from concept through to handover, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, budget, schedule, quality and safety compliance requirements while coordinating multifunctional teams and stakeholders.\nScope of the Role\nIndependently lead capital projects from planning through execution to handover, managing project scope, plan, budget and resource. This will involve leading multifunctional teams made up of internal and external subject matter experts.\nCommunicate project progress, risks and opportunities to key stakeholders across the business, including local and central corporate functions, providing proposed recommendations and solutions.\nAct as the accountable owner for assigned capital projects, driving delivery from concept through commissioning and handover, ensuring achievement of scope, cost, timeline, quality and safety compliance objectives.\nMaintain project budget trackers and forecast future spend, working with the Finance Department to report the results to Global Engineering.\nManage processing of orders relating to capital projects.\nSupport the Validation Department in the preparation and execution of equipment and process validation protocols.\nWrite technical reports on a wide range of subjects to support quality or operational decisions related to site services.\nSupport completion of Quality Event / CAPA investigations and generation of corrective actions relating to Facilities Engineering equipment.\nAssist with troubleshooting operational and design issues relating to delivered capital projects.\nDemonstrate Perrigo's Core Behaviours by pursuing continuous personal growth and development, collaborating to win, communicating with impact, employing critical thinking, innovating and improving processes within capital projects, and taking ownership of projects in order to make it happen.\nUndertake such other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time to support the Perrigo business.\nExperience Required\nDegree in a relevant engineering discipline required - Mechanical; Electrical; Process; Building Services\nExperience managing engineering projects required\nExperience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment preferred\nRecognised project management certification preferred\nExperience with industrial building services preferred\nExperience working in a cGMP environment preferred\nProficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programmes including MS Project.\nBenefits\nWe believe our people are our greatest asset.
