This role supports engineers execute projects efficiently while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, GMP, and company requirements.\nPay range is between $28.00- $38.00/hr\nScope of the Role\nSupport the Engineering team with project, maintenance, reliability, facilities, and process engineering activities.\nCreate and update SOPs, ESIs, work instructions, and engineering documentation.\nPrepare, coordinate, and document engineering and production trials.\nAssist engineers with project documentation, schedules, action items, and follow-up activities.\nCreate and manage purchase requisitions, invoices, and vendor documentation.\nTrack project schedules, budgets, milestones, and action items.\nSupport Change Controls, CAPAs, deviations, and related quality system activities.\nCoordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers.\nMaintain engineering drawings, technical files, equipment records, and documentation.\nCollect, organize, and analyze equipment, maintenance, and reliability data.\nPrepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for the Engineering team.\nAssist with facility, equipment, and process improvement projects.\nSupport procurement of project materials, equipment, and spare parts.\nLearn and administer engineering software systems and databases.\nSupport continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations.\nCoordinate activities between Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and external vendors.\nMaintain compliance with safety, GMP, and company standards.\nExperience Required\nAssociate degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field preferred.\n2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, or technical support environment.\nProficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nStrong organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently while supporting multiple engineers.\nExperience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment preferred.\nWork Schedule\nStandard work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.\nOccasional schedule flexibility may be required to support trials, contractor work, equipment installations, or plant shutdown activities.\nBenefits\nWe believe our people are our greatest asset.
