The role requires strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to operate effectively across a broad range of business initiatives and rapidly changing priorities.\nWhat You’ll Do\nStrategic Initiatives\n· Partner with the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer on high-priority strategic initiatives and enterprise-wide projects.\n· Analyze complex business issues, develop recommendations, and translate analysis into actionable strategies for executive decision-making.\n· Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, financial analyses, and other materials to support leadership decisions.\n· Identify opportunities to improve revenue, customer capture, profitability, and enterprise value across business units.\n· Support the evaluation and execution of new business opportunities, market expansion initiatives, partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions.\n· Conduct market, operational, and financial analysis to evaluate strategic opportunities and inform investment and business decisions.\nOperational Improvement\n· Identify opportunities to standardize processes, improve workflows, and enhance coordination across corporate and operating functions.\n· Develop and implement tools, processes, and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility, accountability, and execution.\n· Evaluate existing business practices and develop recommendations to improve scalability, efficiency, and performance.\n· Lead special projects across the organization in response to evolving business priorities and opportunities.\nProject Management & Cross-Functional Coordination\n· Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple departments, business units, and senior stakeholders.\n· Establish project objectives, workstreams, timelines, and deliverables, and drive initiatives through successful completion.\n· Facilitate collaboration across corporate functions and operating businesses to resolve issues and execute strategic priorities.\n· Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and provide updates and recommendations to senior leadership.\n· Other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation\n· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.\n· Recent graduates and candidates with equivalent relevant experience encouraged to apply.\nExperience\n· 0-2 years of professional/internship experience in consulting, finance, business operations, strategy, or a related field.\n· Experience working on academic, professional, or extracurricular projects involving analysis, problem solving, or project management preferred.\nKnowledge & Skills\n· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information and develop recommendations\n· Demonstrated business acumen and interest in understanding how businesses operate and grow\n· Adaptability and ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, evolving environment\nWORK AVAILABILITY\n· Must be available to work on-site Monday through Friday during standard business hours\n· Expected to work approximately 40-50 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust hours as business needs require\n· This is a high exposure, fast paced role that may require extended hours based on business needs, project deadlines, and executive priorities\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\n· While performing this job, the employee may occasionally be required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; write; sit; use a computer; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear; and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
