This role refines the Salesforce backlog in Azure DevOps with the Senior Product Manager, Salesforce, who sets priority and accepts delivered work. New-solution discovery, vendor evaluation, and business cases are led by the Sr. Program Analysts in the Business Technology domain. Perry Homes does not build software for sale; the solutions you shape serve our teams and homebuyers directly.\nWhat You'll Do\nGather and document requirements from Sales, Warranty/Service, and Marketing for approved Salesforce work, mapping processes such as lead-to-sale and the warranty case lifecycle.\nWrite user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria, including impact analysis across connected systems, and maintain traceability from requirement to test case to release.\nProduce clear, structured requirements (requirements documents, user stories, process flows, and data/entity diagrams) that developers and AI-assisted tools can work from directly.\nRefine and maintain the Salesforce backlog in Azure DevOps with the Senior Product Manager, Salesforce, keeping stories current, ready, and estimated.
