This role is ideal for a student eager to gain real-world experience in branding, digital marketing, graphic design, and multimedia content creation within a fast-paced technology company.\nAs a Design Intern, you will work closely with the Creative Director and Marketing team to support campaigns, events, product marketing initiatives, social media, video projects, sales enablement materials, and corporate branding efforts. This internship provides hands-on exposure to creative strategy, campaign execution, and the development of assets used by both internal and external audiences. \nResponsibilities\nAssist with the creation of marketing collateral, including: Product sheets \nSales presentations \nEvent materials \nDigital advertisements \nSocial media graphics \nEmail marketing assets \n\nSupport the development and maintenance of Dark Matter’s visual brand standards across all marketing channels. \nCreate and resize graphics for web, social media, conferences, and advertising campaigns. \nHelp design presentation visuals, landing page graphics, infographics, and thought leadership content. \nParticipate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, events, and creative initiatives. \nAssist with basic video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia projects. \nPrepare artwork files for digital and print production. \nConduct competitive and visual research to support campaign development. \nCollaborate with marketing, product marketing, events, and sales teams on creative requests. \nOrganize and maintain digital asset libraries and design files. \nQualifications\nRequired\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or related creative field \nStrong portfolio showcasing design work and creative thinking. \nProficiency in: Illustrator and InDesign \nPC and Microsoft environment \n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and design best practices. \nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills. \nPreferred\nExperience with: Figma \nCanva \nHubSpot or other Email Platform \n\nClear understanding of branding and marketing principles. \nInterest in SaaS, fintech, mortgage technology, or B2B marketing. \nFamiliarity with social media content creation and digital advertising formats. \nWhat You'll Gain\nReal-world experience working on a nationally recognized technology brand. \nExposure to execution of integrated marketing campaigns, product marketing, and event marketing. \nMentorship from experienced marketing and creative professionals. \nAn opportunity to build a professional portfolio featuring published work. \nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a high-growth technology environment. \nInsight into how design influences brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. \nAbout Dark Matter\nDark Matter Technologies is leading the next chapter of mortgage technology.
