# ProAdmin Solutions Director

About the Role WinTech is seeking an experienced professional to accelerate growth of ProAdmin, our defined benefit calculation engine, used on its own and embedded within pension administration systems. You will shape our go-to-market strategy and build relationships across the plan sponsor ecosystem including plan sponsors, Pension Administration System (PAS) partners, and pension consultants. The role has two parts: building partnerships with PAS vendors that embed ProAdmin, and selling directly to plan sponsors who want greater confidence in their benefit calculations. What You Will Do Build and execute a strategy aligned to our growth objectives. Lead each opportunity end to end, from finding and qualifying prospects through closing and onboarding new customers and partners. Build and manage PAS partnerships: identify and prioritize vendors, negotiate commercial agreements, and run joint pursuits where ProAdmin is embedded as the calculation engine. Earn the trust of plan sponsor leaders, PAS partners, and pension consultants through a working knowledge of how plan sponsors operate and what they need.
