If you're ready to join a world-class team and play a critical role in making a global impact - we want to talk to you.\nWhat you'll do:\nAs an Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving Persimmons' chip and systems programs from kickoff to delivery, keeping hardware, software, and every cross-functional team aligned and on schedule. Your primary duties and responsibilities include:\nLead end-to-end planning and execution of complex engineering programs spanning silicon design, firmware, and software, tracking milestones, dependencies, and critical path from kickoff through tape-out and launch.\nDrive cross-functional coordination across hardware, software, validation, and manufacturing teams, resolving blockers fast and keeping every workstream pointed at the same deadline.\nManage program risk by spotting issues early, building mitigation plans, and escalating the right decisions to the right people before they turn into fire drills.\nBuild and maintain program schedules and dashboards that give engineering leadership a clear, real-time view of status, dependencies, and resourcing.\nPartner with external vendors, foundry partners, and contract manufacturers to keep fabrication, assembly, and test schedules on track.\nCommunicate program health, risks, and key decisions to engineering leadership through clear, concise updates that cut straight to what matters.\nRequirements\nEducational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.\nProven Experience: 3-6 years of experience as a technical program or project manager driving complex engineering programs, ideally spanning both hardware and software delivery.\nSpecialized Expertise: Working knowledge of the semiconductor development lifecycle, from architecture and design through verification, tape-out, and bring-up, along with a feel for how software and firmware teams integrate around silicon.\nTechnical Mastery: Fluency with program management tools like Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or Asana, and the ability to read a schedule, a risk register, and a technical spec with equal confidence.\nExecution Mindset: A track record of keeping cross-functional teams aligned, unblocking engineers, and shipping on time without cutting corners on quality.\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nFlexible PTO\n401k\nPlease note: Our organization does not accept unsolicited candidate submissions from external recruiters or agencies.
