developer experience.\n\nRequirements: \n3+ years of backend development experience.\nStrong experience with Python or Java or Go (Golang).\nExperience building scalable APIs and distributed systems.\nStrong understanding of PostgreSQL and database design.\nExperience with Kafka or similar messaging systems.\nExperience with cloud infrastructure and containerised deployments.\nGood understanding of system design, concurrency, and performance optimisation.\nAbility to debug production systems and drive issues to resolution.\nAbility to own features and services end-to-end.\nTech Stack: Go, Python, Java, Kafka, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, LiveKit, WebRTC, Kubernetes, AWS, gRPC, and Docker.\n\nNice to Have: \nExperience with LiveKit, WebRTC, or real-time communication systems.\nExperience with ClickHouse or analytical databases.\nExperience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.\nExperience building AI or voice infrastructure systems.\nStartup
