This role requires a deep understanding of software engineering principles, strong architectural design capabilities, and a proven track record in production Agentic AI development. You will be responsible for defining reusable architecture and development standards, guiding teams through technical challenges, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.\n What You'll Do:\n Own the technical design for complex Agentic QA automation patterns.\n Define reusable architecture and development standards for the automation factory.\n Design reusable SOR connectors, workflow patterns, components, and integration approaches.\n Provide technical guidance for Python/Google ADK-based implementation.\n Review agent architecture, prompts, context strategy, tool definitions, and integration design.\n Establish code quality, testing, observability, and engineering standards.\n Lead technical reviews and troubleshoot critical production issues.\n Guide teams through technical UAT, production deployment, and validation/tuning.\n Identify recurring solutions and convert them into reusable patterns/components.\n Mentor developers and senior developers.\n Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, platform teams, and engineering stakeholders.\n Support technical estimation, dependency management, and risk identification.\n Mandatory Skills:\n 9-12+ years of software engineering experience.\n Expert-level proficiency in Python.\n Strong architecture/design background.\n Experience in production Agentic AI development.\n Familiarity with Google ADK or comparable agent frameworks.\n Advanced skills in prompt/context engineering.\n Experience with multi-agent/workflow orchestration.\n Enterprise API/data integration expertise.\n Strong testing and debugging discipline.\n Experience with CI/CD and production engineering.\n Proven technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.\n Preferred Skills:\n Experience with cloud-based solutions and architectures.\n Knowledge of Agile methodologies.\n Familiarity with DevOps practices.\n Expertise You'll Bring:\n Your extensive experience in software engineering and architecture, combined with your expertise in Agentic AI, will enable you to drive innovation and excellence in our automation initiatives.
