In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing production-grade Agentic AI solutions that enhance our automation capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, ensuring high reliability and performance of our AI agents.\n What You'll Do\n Design and develop production-grade Agentic AI solutions using Python and Google ADK.\n Build reusable agents, tools, prompts, context-management, and orchestration workflows.\n Translate business/process requirements into scalable automation solutions.\n Integrate agents with Systems of Record (SORs), REST APIs, databases, and legacy banking systems.\n Perform unit testing, code reviews, technical User Acceptance Testing (UAT), debugging, and production deployment.\n Troubleshoot and tune agent behavior, prompts, context, integrations, and workflows to improve accuracy and reliability.\n Develop reusable patterns/components and support production stabilization.\n Collaborate with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), SOR Engineers, and platform teams; provide technical guidance and documentation.\n Mandatory Skills\n 4-9 years of software development experience with strong Python skills.\n Hands-on experience in Agentic AI / GenAI application development.\n Experience with Google ADK or comparable agent frameworks.\n Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering.\n Experience with agent/tool orchestration and workflow design.\n Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, SQL/databases, and enterprise integrations.\n Strong engineering fundamentals including Git, unit testing, debugging, exception handling, and root-cause analysis.\n Experience with technical UAT and production troubleshooting.\n Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\n Preferred Skills\n Experience with LangGraph and LangChain.\n Familiarity with banking/SOR systems.\n Knowledge of LexisNexis and Devin.\n Experience with CI/CD and QA automation.\n Expertise You'll Bring\n Your expertise in Agentic AI development will be crucial in driving our automation initiatives forward.
