This role is critical to the successful implementation of complex enterprise solutions within an aggressive 24-week delivery timeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technology and programming, with a focus on collaboration with various stakeholders.\nWhat You'll Do\nCollaborate with UHC, Optum, and Palantir stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate data, and facilitate testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nEnsure data quality and regulatory alignment throughout the project lifecycle.\nAct as the primary liaison between U.S.-based stakeholders, Palantir teams, and offshore development resources.\nDrive critical decisions, remove delivery roadblocks, and maintain execution momentum.\nUtilize AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows.\nMaintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of enterprise-approved AI tools.\nStay current with evolving AI capabilities and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity.\nMandatory Skills\nMinimum 4 years of experience in Scripting.\n3 years of experience with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI Agents.\nCross-functional expertise in AI ML, Azure IaaS, Databricks, PySpark, and CI CD & DevOps.\nProven experience in designing, implementing, and governing complex enterprise solutions.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with Kafka Messaging Bus.\nHealthcare industry experience is a plus.\nExpertise You'll Bring\nThe successful candidate will demonstrate a strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot and a commitment to lifelong learning.
