The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and cloud-native deployments. This role requires close collaboration with Development, QA, Security, Architecture, and Operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise solutions.\n What You'll Do\n CI/CD & DevOps Automation: Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.\n Automate application build, deployment, and release processes.\n Manage Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, and Azure Artifacts.\n Implement deployment strategies including Blue-Green and Canary deployments.\n\n Cloud Infrastructure: Design and manage Azure cloud infrastructure.\n Build scalable and highly available environments.\n Implement Azure networking, security, and governance controls.\n Support disaster recovery and business continuity requirements.\n\n Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform.\n Create reusable Terraform modules and deployment templates.\n Automate provisioning of Azure resources and environments.\n\n Containerization & Kubernetes: Implement containerized solutions using Docker.\n Deploy and manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).\n Support Helm-based application deployments.\n Optimize container orchestration and cluster performance.\n\n Monitoring & Reliability: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.\n Manage observability platforms such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana, and Prometheus.\n Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution.\n Drive platform reliability and operational excellence.\n\n Security & Compliance: Implement DevSecOps practices within CI/CD pipelines.\n Integrate vulnerability scanning and code quality tools.\n Ensure adherence to enterprise security and compliance standards.\n Collaborate with security teams on governance initiatives.\n\n Collaboration: Partner with developers, architects, QA, and operations teams.\n Support Agile and DevOps transformation initiatives.\n Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.\n\n Mandatory Skills\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.\n 5+ years of DevOps experience.\n 3+ years of Azure cloud experience.\n Strong hands-on Azure DevOps experience.\n Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using YAML.\n Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.\n Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.\n Preferred Skills\n Experience with Azure Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).\n Experience in large-scale enterprise cloud migrations.\n Exposure to SRE practices, SLIs/SLOs, and incident management.\n BFSI, Retail, or Enterprise application experience.\n Expertise You'll Bring\n The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality cloud solutions in Azure environments.
