About Position:
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React, Java, and Spring Boot to build modern, scalable, customer-facing applications. The ideal candidate will have experience developing end-to-end solutions across frontend and backend technologies while integrating AI-powered capabilities into business applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that enhance user experiences and business outcomes.

What You'll Do:
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SOAP services.
- Design and integrate scalable solutions using MySQL and MongoDB databases.
- Integrate Agentic AI services to implement intelligent features such as personalization, intelligent search, recommendations, and content generation.
- Evaluate AI-enabled features for security, privacy, reliability, performance, and user experience.
- Consume and integrate Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs within enterprise applications.
- Contribute to AWS cloud deployments and cloud-native application development initiatives.
- Support CI/CD implementation to enable automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Participate in automation testing activities to ensure high application quality.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, data teams, and engineering stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot application issues and implement improvements to enhance performance and scalability.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow software development best practices, coding standards, and quality engineering processes.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 2-5 years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Strong hands-on experience in React, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Good understanding of modern front-end development practices using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful and SOAP-based web services.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and cloud deployment concepts.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and release processes.
- Experience with automation testing frameworks and quality assurance practices.
- Exposure to Agentic AI APIs and AI-powered application integration.
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI evaluation frameworks.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile and cross-functional team environments.
- Passion for learning new technologies and building innovative solutions.
