About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Lead RPA Developer - Automation Anywhere to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Automation Anywhere and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), with a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale automation solutions. This role will be responsible for leading automation initiatives, identifying process improvement opportunities, architecting scalable solutions, and driving digital transformation efforts across the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and define project scope.
• Lead the complete automation lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Architect scalable and reusable automation frameworks aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and project team members.
• Conduct process assessments and process mapping exercises to identify automation potential.
• Review automation solutions to ensure adherence to architecture standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing automation workflows for improved efficiency and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues and production incidents.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and solution design artifacts.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and infrastructure teams for successful project delivery.
• Ensure automation solutions are compliant with governance, risk, and operational guidelines.
• Stay updated on emerging RPA technologies, intelligent automation trends, and industry best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8 to 12 years of overall experience in software development, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere architecture, bot development, deployment, and administration.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade RPA solutions.
• Deep understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience with process analysis, process mapping, and automation opportunity assessment.
• Strong knowledge of Automation Anywhere Control Room and bot lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience in developing scalable, reusable, and secure automation solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or .NET.
• Experience working with SQL, database management, and data integration concepts.
• Familiarity with APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern enterprise application ecosystems.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of other RPA platforms such as UiPath or Blue Prism is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with business users, architects, delivery teams, and leadership stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
