About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Technical Consultant / Developer with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Sales Insights, Copilot for Sales, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating enterprise-grade CRM solutions that enhance sales productivity, customer engagement, and business process automation.

What You'll Do:

• Design, configure, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions.
• Implement and support Lead, Opportunity, Account, Contact, Activity, and Sales Process Management capabilities.
• Configure entities, Dataverse tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, security roles, and relationships.
• Develop and customize Model-Driven Applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Implement workflow automation using Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Configure and optimize Business Process Flows and sales automation capabilities.
• Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 Sales configuration, customization, integration, and performance issues.
• Configure and support Dynamics 365 Sales Insights capabilities.
• Implement Sales Assistant, Auto Capture, Email Engagement, and Conversation Intelligence features.
• Enable business users to leverage AI-powered sales recommendations and productivity enhancements.
• Implement and support Copilot for Sales capabilities integrated with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365.
• Configure opportunity summaries, lead insights, account intelligence, seller productivity experiences, and AI-powered recommendations.
• Support CRM data exposure and security controls within Copilot experiences.
• Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
• Build reusable Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop plugins, custom APIs, actions, workflows, and server-side extensions using C# and .NET.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 Sales with enterprise applications, Microsoft services, and third-party platforms.
• Participate in solution architecture, design reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot integration, performance, scalability, and security-related issues.
• Mentor junior developers and establish development standards and best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8-12 years of CRM and enterprise application development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales implementations.
• Expertise across Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Activities, and Sales Processes.
• Experience configuring forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, workflows, and security models.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture and CRM customization techniques.
• Experience implementing and configuring Sales Insights capabilities.
• Knowledge of Sales Assistant, Auto Capture, Email Engagement, Relationship Analytics, and Conversation Intelligence.
• Understanding of security, licensing, privacy, and data governance considerations within Sales Insights.
• Ability to translate sales analytics into business value and productivity improvements.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Copilot for Sales solutions.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 Sales with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Knowledge of opportunity summaries, lead intelligence, account insights, record updates, and seller productivity scenarios.
• Understanding of AI governance, security, access controls, and responsible AI implementation practices.
• Strong experience building solutions using Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
• Expertise in Dataverse entities, tables, relationships, business rules, security models, and automation frameworks.
• Experience developing enterprise-grade Power Automate workflows and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform governance and ALM processes.
• Hands-on experience developing reusable Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience integrating PCF controls with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 applications.
• Expertise in optimizing component performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Experience developing Dynamics 365 extensions using JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and .NET.
• Strong knowledge of Plugins, Custom APIs, Actions, and Dataverse APIs.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Azure services, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Experience participating in architecture and design discussions.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong mentoring, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
• Experience delivering scalable and enterprise-grade CRM solutions.
