The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in DevOps practices, hands-on experience with Grafana and enterprise monitoring platforms, and a solid understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting observability solutions that enhance platform reliability, application performance, operational visibility, and proactive incident management across enterprise environments. You will work closely with DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, Application, and IAM teams to build scalable monitoring frameworks and drive operational excellence.\nRole: Observability Engineer\nLocation: Pune\nExperience: 5 to 8 Years\nJob Type: Full Time Employment\nWhat You'll Do:\nDesign, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide observability and monitoring solutions.\nDevelop and manage Grafana dashboards, alerts, visualizations, and operational reports.\nMonitor infrastructure, applications, cloud services, and enterprise platforms to ensure availability and performance.\nConfigure and optimize monitoring tools, metrics collection frameworks, logging platforms, and alerting systems.\nImplement observability best practices across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.\nMonitor application health, system performance, resource utilization, and service reliability.\nCollaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and initiatives focused on reliability, monitoring coverage, and operational excellence.\nExpertise You'll Bring:\n5-8 years of experience in DevOps, Observability Engineering, Monitoring Administration, or Platform Operations.\nStrong hands-on experience with Grafana dashboard development, visualization, and alert management.\nStrong understanding of observability concepts including Metrics, Logs, Distributed Tracing, Application Monitoring, Infrastructure Monitoring, Service Reliability Monitoring.\nExperience building and supporting enterprise observability platforms.\nAbility to design effective dashboards, alerts, and monitoring standards.\nHands-on experience with tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace.\nExperience configuring monitoring agents, alerting mechanisms, and visualization frameworks.\nUnderstanding of monitoring architecture and operational analytics.\nExperience implementing proactive monitoring solutions.\nStrong understanding of DevOps principles and operational best practices.\nExperience supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment environments.\nExposure to infrastructure and platform automation initiatives.\nExperience using automation tools and scripting for operational efficiency.\nFamiliarity with Git-based workflows and DevOps toolchains.\nExperience working with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nUnderstanding of cloud-native monitoring and observability practices.\nExperience monitoring virtual machines, cloud services, containers, and distributed applications.\nKnowledge of infrastructure performance analysis and capacity monitoring.\nGood understanding of Linux system administration.\nExperience with scripting languages such as Shell Scripting, Python, PowerShell.\nAbility to automate routine operational tasks and monitoring activities.\nStrong troubleshooting and log analysis skills.\nBasic to intermediate understanding of
