This role will work closely with Project Managers, Finance, Resource Management, Delivery, and Business stakeholders to ensure projects are established correctly, resources are efficiently allocated, billing processes are executed accurately, and project financials remain aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and expertise in project operations and financial reporting.\nRole: PMO Analyst\nLocation: Gurgaon, Noida\nExperience: Between 4 to 7 Years\nJob Type: Full Time Employment\nWhat You'll Do:\nCoordinate project creation and setup activities based on approved contracts, statements of work (SOWs), purchase orders, and commercial agreements.\nMaintain project details including budgets, billing models, resource allocations, milestones, schedules, customer information, and commercial parameters.\nTrack project amendments, extensions, closures, renewals, and change requests while ensuring governance compliance.\nMaintain PMO dashboards, documentation repositories, governance trackers, and operational reports.\nCoordinate monthly billing and invoicing activities across Time & Material (T&M), Fixed Price, and Managed Services engagements.\nValidate billable efforts, resource allocations, billing rates, milestones, and invoicing inputs before submission.\nTrack invoice status, approvals, revenue realization, billing issues, and reconciliation activities.\nWork closely with Finance and Project Managers to resolve billing discrepancies and commercial issues.\nMaintain resource allocation, deployment, onboarding, roll-off, utilization, and availability data across multiple projects.\nCoordinate resource requests with Project Managers, Resource Management teams, and recruitment stakeholders.\nSupport indent creation, workforce planning, staffing requirements, and hiring demand management processes.\nPrepare and maintain project-level revenue forecasts, resource forecasts, cost projections, and utilization reports.\nMonitor actual performance against approved forecasts and highlight variances for corrective actions.\nSupport annual budgeting activities and project-level financial planning initiatives.\nTrack project financial metrics including revenue, cost, utilization, margins, billing realization, and profitability.\nDevelop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and executive management reports for governance and operational reviews.\nSupport Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and management governance meetings.\nEnsure project information remains accurate, timely, and suitable for operational and strategic decision-making.\nExpertise You'll Bring:\n4-7 years of experience in PMO, Project Operations, Delivery Operations, Project Finance, Resource Management, or Project Coordination roles.\nStrong understanding of PMO governance frameworks, project lifecycle management, and operational reporting.\nHands-on experience supporting project financials including budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, billing, invoicing, and margin management.\nGood understanding of Time & Material (T&M), Fixed Price, Managed Services, and outcome-based delivery models.\nStrong analytical and financial management skills with the ability to interpret operational and commercial data.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting automation.\nExperience preparing management reports, executive dashboards, utilization reports, and financial summaries.\nKnowledge of project budgeting, revenue forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation methodologies.\nExperience coordinating with Finance, Delivery, Project Management, Resource Management, and Recruitment teams.\nAbility to identify resource conflicts, utilization risks, forecasting gaps, and commercial variances proactively.\nStrong stakeholder management and coordination capabilities across multiple functions.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to accuracy and detail.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines within a dynamic business environment.\nStrong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nCulture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications\nOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies\nEmployee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards\nAnnual health check-ups\nInsurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents\nValues-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:\nPersistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
