The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning processes, and enterprise application integrations.\nRole: SailPoint NERM Engineer\nLocation: Pune\nExperience: Between 5 to 8 Years\nJob Type: Full Time Employment\nWhat You'll Do:\nConfigure and support SailPoint Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) capabilities.\nImplement and maintain non-employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, renewals, extensions, and offboarding.\nConfigure roles, entitlements, policies, approvals, certifications, and access governance controls.\nManage identity governance processes for contractors, vendors, consultants, partners, and third-party users.\nDevelop and maintain workflows supporting non-employee identity lifecycle management.\nConfigure provisioning and deprovisioning processes across enterprise systems.\nSupport integrations between SailPoint and enterprise applications, directories, and business systems.\nPerform configuration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support activities.\nTroubleshoot NERM configuration and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.\nSupport access reviews, certifications, recertification campaigns, audit activities, and compliance controls.\nEnsure adherence to security policies, RBAC models, and segregation of duties requirements.\nCollaborate with IAM architects, security teams, application owners, and business stakeholders.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures.\nParticipate in release management, change controls, and environment support activities.\nExpertise You'll Bring:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related discipline.\n5-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).\nHands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and SailPoint Identity Governance solutions.\nExperience implementing and supporting identity lifecycle management workflows.\nStrong understanding of Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) processes.\nExpertise in Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle management, particularly for contractors and external users.\nExperience with provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.\nStrong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Access Requests, Approvals, Access Reviews, Certifications, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Policy Enforcement, Compliance Controls.\nExperience integrating SailPoint with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle Applications, CyberArk, Enterprise Applications.\nWorking knowledge of REST APIs, JDBC, and Java Web Services integrations.\nKnowledge of Java or BeanShell scripting for SailPoint customizations.\nExperience providing production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.\nStrong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nCulture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications\nOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies\nEmployee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards\nAnnual health check-ups\nInsurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents\nValues-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:\nPersistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
