Assessment 2026.\nAbout Position:\nWe are looking for an SAP Technical Lead with strong expertise in SAP ABAP development and SAP project delivery to lead end-to-end technical execution across SAP implementation, enhancement, support, and transformation programs. Do:\nLead end-to-end SAP technical delivery for implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.\nParticipate in requirement gathering workshops and solution design discussions with business and functional teams.\nTranslate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and detailed technical specifications.\nEstablish and enforce SAP development standards, technical governance, and best practices.\nDrive delivery quality, technical compliance, and project milestones across multiple initiatives.\nLead the design, development, and delivery of SAP RICEF objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.\nReview technical designs, code quality, and development deliverables.\nProvide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to ABAP development teams.\nCollaborate closely with SAP Functional Consultants across SD, MM, FI, CO, and PP modules.\nCoordinate with SAP Basis teams for landscape management, transports, upgrades, and environment readiness.\nWork with SAP Security and GRC teams to support role design, authorizations, and compliance requirements.\nCoordinate with Integration and Middleware teams for interface development, monitoring, and issue resolution.\nSupport Data Migration activities including data loads, reconciliation, validation, and cutover planning.\nCollaborate with Reporting and Analytics teams to deliver reporting and technical enablement solutions.\nCoordinate SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, defect resolution, and release readiness activities with testing teams.\nWork closely with Infrastructure and Cloud teams to ensure system availability and platform readiness.\nSupport PMO and Project Managers with project planning, status reporting, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking.\nManage technical dependencies and coordination with implementation partners, vendors, and system integrators.\nLead SAP integrations using IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs, file-based integrations, and middleware platforms.\nTroubleshoot complex technical and integration issues during testing and production deployments.\nSupport deployment planning, transport management, cutover execution, and go-live activities.\nProvide post-go-live hyper care support and ensure stable business operations.\nExpertise You'll Bring:\n12 to 14 years of experience in SAP Technical Development and SAP Project Delivery.\nStrong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP development.\nExtensive experience in Classical ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP).\nStrong experience developing Reports, ALV Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.\nExpertise in SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts.\nStrong knowledge of User Exits, Customer Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancement Framework.\nExperience with IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs, and SAP integration technologies.\nStrong experience with middleware integrations and enterprise application integrations.\nExpertise in debugging, troubleshooting, code optimization, and performance tuning.\nExperience reviewing technical designs, code quality, and development standards.\nGood functional understanding of SAP SD, MM, FI, CO, and PP business processes.\nAbility to translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.\nExperience coordinating with SAP Basis, Development, Integration, Security, GRC, Data Migration, Testing, Reporting, Analytics, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams.\nProven experience managing cross-functional technical dependencies across large SAP programs.\nExperience supporting end-to-end SAP project lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.\nStrong understanding of SAP transport management and release management processes.\nExperience supporting complex SAP implementation and transformation programs.\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and documentation capabilities.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, risks, deliverables, and timelines in complex environments.\nExperience working with system integrators, implementation partners, and external vendors.\nKnowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SAP Activate methodologies is preferred.\nSAP S/4HANA implementation experience is highly
