Assessment 2026.\nAbout Position:\nWe are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Consultant with strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Business Integrity Screening (BIS). The ideal candidate will play a customer-facing role, leading SAP GRC implementations, migrations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives while ensuring compliance, risk management, and governance objectives are achieved. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, security teams, and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP GRC solutions. You will be responsible for SAP GRC Access Control 10.x to 12.x migration projects, new SAP GRC Access Control implementations, Process Control configurations, BIS implementations, and governance transformation initiatives.\nRole: SAP GRC Consultant\nLocation: Pune\nExperience: 8 to 12 Years\nJob Type: Full Time Employment\nWhat You'll Do:\nAssess existing SAP GRC landscapes, integrations, connectors, plug-ins, risks, compliance controls, and governance processes.\nLead SAP GRC Access Control migration projects from Version 10.x to Version 12.x.\nSupport end-to-end implementation of new SAP GRC Access Control 12 environments.\nConfigure and validate SAP GRC Access Control modules and workflows.\nDesign and maintain compliant access management and governance frameworks.\nConfigure business roles, ownership structures, approval workflows, and access control processes.\nCoordinate installation and validation of plug-ins and connectors across SAP and non-SAP applications.\nPerform Risk Matrix import and export activities.\nValidate risk rule completeness, consistency, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.\nUtilize and troubleshoot GRAC* programs for migration, implementation, validation, and operational support.\nConfigure and support SAP GRC Process Control solutions based on compliance and business requirements.\nImplement and configure SAP Business Integrity Screening (BIS) solutions.\nDesign and configure Detection Strategies and Detection Methods within BIS.\nConduct client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.\nProvide governance, risk, and compliance recommendations aligned with business objectives.\nDevelop implementation strategies, migration plans, timelines, cutover plans, and deployment roadmaps.\nManage project risks, dependencies, assumptions, and issue resolution activities.\nSupport Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.\nCollaborate with security, compliance, audit, development, and business teams throughout project delivery.\nPrepare configuration documents, functional specifications, training materials, test scripts, and operational runbooks.\nDrive knowledge transfer sessions and support operational readiness activities.\nProvide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.\nExpertise You'll Bring:\n8-12 years of SAP GRC consulting experience.\nStrong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control implementation and support.\nProven experience with SAP GRC Access Control Version 10.x to Version 12.x migrations.\nExperience implementing new SAP GRC Access Control 12 environments.\nStrong understanding of Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM), Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Business Role Management (BRM).\nExperience configuring workflows, approval processes, and compliance controls.\nKnowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks and access governance principles.\nHands-on experience implementing and supporting Process Control solutions.\nExperience configuring controls, assessments, surveys, issue management, and monitoring frameworks.\nStrong understanding of compliance and internal control management processes.\nAbility to align process controls with governance and audit requirements.\nExperience supporting risk and compliance assessments.\nFunctional and customization experience with SAP Business Integrity Screening.\nExperience configuring Detection Strategies, Detection Methods, Risk Indicators, Compliance Monitoring Rules.\nUnderstanding of fraud prevention, compliance monitoring, and anomaly detection processes.\nExperience supporting BIS implementations and operational support activities.\nStrong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.\nExperience performing risk assessments and control validation.\nKnowledge of audit requirements and regulatory compliance standards.\nAbility to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.\nExperience supporting governance transformation initiatives.\nExperience integrating SAP GRC with SAP and non-SAP applications.\nUnderstanding of connectors, plug-ins, and integration architecture.\nExperience with Risk Matrix import/export activities and validations.\nFamiliarity with SAP HCI, SAP Integration technologies, and enterprise system connectivity.\nUnderstanding of SAP security concepts and authorization management.\nProven experience leading SAP GRC implementation and migration projects.\nAbility to independently manage project planning and execution activities.\nExperience conducting client workshops and stakeholder discussions.\nStrong customer-facing consulting skills.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and documentation
