The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Active Directory administration, Windows Server management, virtualization technologies, infrastructure security, patch management, and Nutanix platforms. This role requires a proactive professional who can ensure high availability, performance, security, and operational excellence across critical infrastructure environments.\nRole: Senior Active Directory Administrator\nLocation: Pune, Noida\nExperience: 8 to 10 Years\nJob Type: Full Time Employment\nWhat You'll Do:\nManage Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), domain controllers, forests, trusts, and identity services across the enterprise environment.\nAdminister user accounts, security groups, organizational units (OUs), and role-based access controls.\nDesign, implement, and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security and operational standards.\nManage identity and access management processes, including authentication, authorization, and directory services.\nInstall, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server environments including Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.\nAdminister core infrastructure services such as DNS, DHCP, File Servers, Print Services, and related server roles.\nMonitor server performance and perform proactive optimization to ensure system stability and efficiency.\nHandle server provisioning, upgrades, resource allocation activities.\nPlan and deploy operating system patching using WSUS, SCCM, or equivalent enterprise patch management tools.\nEnsure patch compliance across Windows infrastructure and mitigate security vulnerabilities.\nExecute vulnerability remediation activities and implement server hardening best practices.\nMaintain antivirus, firewall, endpoint security, and compliance standards.\nConduct patch validation, rollback planning, and post-deployment verification.\nProvide L2 and L3 support for Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and infrastructure-related issues.\nParticipate in Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management processes.\nPrepare and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, technical runbooks, and audit records.\nSupport internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.\nConfigure and manage storage containers, protection domains, and virtual machines.\nExpertise You'll Bring:\nStrong experience in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) administration and architecture.\nExtensive hands-on experience with Windows Server administration across multiple versions.\nExpertise in Group Policy Management, access control, and identity management.\nStrong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and related Microsoft infrastructure services.\nExperience with enterprise patch management solutions such as WSUS and SCCM.\nHands-on experience in Nutanix infrastructure administration, cluster management, and Prism environments.\nStrong understanding of VMware virtualization technologies and Nutanix AHV platforms.\nExperience managing virtual machine lifecycle, migrations, snapshots, and performance optimization.\nProficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, administration, and reporting.\nKnowledge of server hardening, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity best practices.\nExperience supporting high-availability and mission-critical infrastructure environments.\nUnderstanding of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity principles.\nFamiliarity with Azure Active Directory and hybrid identity solutions.\nExperience with infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning.\nStrong troubleshooting capabilities across Windows, Active Directory, virtualization, and network-related services.\nExcellent
