About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, React Native, AWS, and AI-powered application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while contributing to modern digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with architects, product owners, designers, and engineering teams to deliver innovative, secure, and high-performing software solutions. The position requires strong full-stack development experience combined with exposure to AI/ML technologies, intelligent automation, and cloud-native architectures.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and React Native.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web and mobile applications.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and service integrations.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product teams, QA engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Implement secure, scalable, and highly available software solutions.
• Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
• Design and deploy AI-powered applications, intelligent automation solutions, and machine learning-enabled workflows.
• Integrate AI/ML frameworks, GenAI services, and AI APIs into production applications.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce software engineering best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Support CI/CD implementation and automated deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, modernization, and innovation initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5-8 years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot application development.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong frontend development experience using ReactJS.
• Experience developing mobile or cross-platform applications using React Native.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native deployments.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying AI-powered applications, intelligent automation solutions, or machine learning workflows.
• Experience integrating AI/ML frameworks, Generative AI capabilities, APIs, or AI services into enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of modern AI ecosystems and cloud-based AI platforms.
• Experience implementing secure coding practices and enterprise application security standards.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management processes.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
