projects and initiatives.\nExpertise You'll Bring:\n15 to 20 years of overall experience in IT, Technology Delivery, Program Management, or Enterprise Transformation.\nMinimum 5+ years of experience managing large-scale strategic programs and portfolios.\nStrong expertise in Program Management and Portfolio Management.\nProven experience establishing and managing PMO Governance frameworks.\nExtensive experience managing large budgets, financial planning, forecasting, and resource management.\nStrong expertise in risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking.\nExperience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.\nStrong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.\nProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.\nStrong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.\nExperience facilitating steering committees and executive governance forums.\nStrong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.\nExperience working with global, distributed, and cross-functional teams.\nAbility to drive alignment between business objectives and technology execution.\nStrong negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.\nExperience managing internal teams, external partners, and vendors.\nExpertise in executive reporting, KPI management, and
