ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform solutions.\nBuild and enhance AI-powered capabilities using ServiceNow Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, and Generative AI innovations, and industry best practices.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and drive adoption of AI-enabled development practices.\nExpertise You'll Bring:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and enterprise application development.\nStrong expertise in ServiceNow Platform development, configuration, and customization.\nHands-on experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal/Employee Center.\nExperience working with UI Builder, Workspaces, and modern ServiceNow user experiences.\nStrong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with third-party enterprise systems and cloud platforms.\nUnderstanding of AI/ML concepts including Generative AI, NLP, Conversational AI, Intelligent Automation, and Predictive Analytics.\nKnowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and AI Search.\nExperience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, and DevOps practices.\nKnowledge of secure application development and enterprise security best practices.\nStrong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience working in Enterprise Service Management and Digital Workflow Automation environments.\nExposure to Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, Procurement, Compliance, or Customer Service domains.\nExperience supporting mission-critical enterprise workflows and integrations.\nKnowledge of Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or other Large Language Models (LLMs) is preferred.\nFamiliarity with RAG (Retrieval
