Supervisor\nWork with Owner / Developers\nWalk with Town inspectors\nCoordinate public utility installations & account set-up including permit submittals and documentation\nRun job meetings with Client, Architects, Engineers, and Township\nEstimate, Schedule and Liaison with architects, engineers, vendors, suppliers, Township, Utility Companies\nManage remediation of projects and structures\nContracts, AIA, change orders, close-out documents\nPurchase materials and monitor deliveries\nQC/QA\nCreate Punch listings for project completion\nProject size from $50,000 to $1,000,000
