Attention to detail is a must in this position along with the ability to drive projects to get them proposed accurately and timely.\nJob Summary\nAssist the Sales Team with open projects to ensure customer needs are met.\nJob Responsibilities\nObtain all necessary project information through survey/code check process to present information to the Sales Representative for a proposal.\nAssemble/Request Freight Quotes, Install Bids, Graphics, etc.\nIssue installer Purchase Orders for surveys.\nSend and receive required documentation after a project is awarded including permit documents, PO’s, site/survey photos, etc.\nAssist with over all aspects of the project coordination once order is received including shipping, freight arrival, drop shipments, installer timelines/communication and deadlines.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nEducation and Experience\nHigh School Degree or Equivalent required\nPrevious project management skills/experience beneficial but not required\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook\nTime management skills\nTeam working skills\nCustomer and personal service skills\nThe ability to communicate well with others\n Position Type and Expected Hours of Work\nThis is a Full-Time position. Typical hours are Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
