You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success, translating business needs into elegant technical outcomes that drive real-world impact.\nThis role combines hands-on technical problem-solving with strategic partnership. You’ll guide customers through discovery, design, implementation, and optimization phases, ensuring they achieve measurable value at each stage. You’ll help us create the foundation for a world-class technical solutions organization that grows with our customers and our business.\nWhat you'll do at Persona\nBe the technical point of contact for a portfolio of customers - advising on architecture, implementation, and optimization of Persona’s products.\n\nOwn end-to-end delivery for technical solutions from discovery and design to deployment, QA, and post-launch success.\n\nPartner closely with your account team to retain and expand your customer portfolio, helping your customers build their identity operations and ensuring they are wildly successful in achieving their business outcomes.\n\nAdvise customers strategically, helping them solve complex business challenges through creative technical solutions.\n\nPartner with Product to relay insights from the field that inform roadmap priorities and feature design.\n\nDevelop scalable assets such as internal tools, documentation, automations, and playbooks that improve team efficiency and customer outcomes.\n\nDrive repeatability by codifying learnings into reusable processes that elevate the entire Solutions organization.\n\nWhat you'll bring to Persona\n3-7 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role - such as Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Solutions Architect.\n\nTechnical fluency across APIs, integrations, and web development concepts; familiarity with scripting (Python, SQL, Bash, Ruby) a plus.\n\nStrong communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.\n\nDemonstrated ability to own complex projects from scoping through implementation.\n\nComfort operating in ambiguous environments - proactive, adaptable, and energized by problem-solving.\n\nCollaborative, curious, and eager to learn - with a growth mindset and bias toward action.\n\nYou’re good at multitasking, prioritizing effectively across a wide variety of tasks and evaluating situational urgency - you thrive under pressure and enjoy clarifying ambiguous situations\n\nWillingness to travel up to 25% of the time for customer engagements\n\nBonus: experience in compliance, identity verification, or fraud prevention\n\nBenefits and Perks\nFor full-time US-based employees (excluding internship and contractor opportunities), Persona offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, 3% 401(k) contribution, unlimited PTO, quarterly mental health days, family planning benefits, professional development stipend, wellness benefits, among others.\nFor full-time UK employees, Persona offers a wide range of benefits, including private medical insurance, dental insurance, a 6% employer pension contribution, unlimited PTO, a monthly wellness stipend, professional development stipend, co-working stipend, and more.\nAs part of our interview process, all candidates will be asked to verify their identity with Persona.
