RESPONSIBILITIESManage the day-to-day warehouse operation, including receiving, picking, stock control and dispatch coordination.\nLead, manage and develop warehouse staff to ensure productivity, discipline and compliance.\nEnsure orders are picked accurately and timeously and resolve any picking, stock or system discrepancies.\nManage stock takes, cycle counts, reconciliations and stock adjustments.\nEnsure effective stock rotation, FIFO compliance and accurate stock records.\nMaintain a clean, organised, secure and stock-take-ready warehouse.\nManage warehouse resources including forklifts, pallets and waste.\nLiaise with internal departments regarding stock availability, orders and operational delays.\nEnsure compliance with FSSC / ISO 22000, health & safety and company procedures.\nMonitor staff attendance, performance and conduct, addressing disciplinary matters when required.\nPrepare relevant operational reports and provide accurate information to senior management.\nDrive continuous improvement, efficiency and high levels of customer service.\nREQUIREMENTSMatric / Grade 12.\nPrevious warehouse supervisory or management experience.\nExperience in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics or a similar environment advantageous.\nStrong knowledge of warehouse, stock control and picking processes.\nERP system experience highly advantageous.\nComputer literate.\nKnowledge of FSSC / ISO 22000 and OHS requirements advantageous.\nFully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.\nOwn reliable transport.\nQualification in Logistics, Operations or a related
