Students from a variety of academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.\nPrincipal Responsibilities:\nSupport the review, development, organization, and maintenance of procedures and related documentation.\nAssist with risk management activities, including audit or compliance research, documentation, tracking, and follow-up.\nAnalyze processes and data to identify trends, inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for improvement.\nExplore opportunities to automate or streamline manual operational processes.\nAssist with testing proposed process, system, or automation enhancements.\nPrepare summaries, reports, process maps, and recommendations based on research and analysis.\nGain knowledge of banking products, services, systems, policies, and regulatory requirements.\nDevelop effective working relationships throughout First Bank & Trust.\nGain skills related to professionalism, analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, customer service, and communication.\nComplete special projects as assigned.\nMaintain confidentiality, integrity, and honesty, especially in dealing with customer information.\nAct in accordance with FBT policies and procedures as set forth in the employee handbook.\nAdhere to compliance procedures and participate in required compliance training and all meetings deemed appropriate by supervisor.\nCompensation Grade\nHourly Grade 3First Bank & Trust is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
