This person should be self-motivated and eager to learn all aspects of Wealth Management.\nPrincipal Responsibilities:\nRotate through Trust, Brokerage, Private Banking, Investments, Retirement Plan Services, and Operations to understand each area’s products, services, responsibilities, and client needs.\n\nSupport Retirement Plan Services and gain education in retirement plan administration, plan sponsor support, participant service, and fiduciary processes.\n\nAssist with Trust, fiduciary administration and Brokerage, including account documentation, client and beneficiary service, distributions, reviews, and recordkeeping.\n\nObserve Private Banking relationship management and assist with client research, meeting preparation, service requests, and coordination of banking and Wealth Management solutions.\n\nAssist the Investments team with market and security research, portfolio and performance reporting, investment meeting preparation, and other analytical projects.\n\nSupport Operations through account onboarding, system and data maintenance, transaction processing, quality-control reviews, reporting, and workflow improvement projects.\n\nGain knowledge of banking and wealth management products and services and develop effective working relationships throughout First Bank & Trust.\n\nUtilize Wealth Management systems and observe how they integrate into client service, investment, compliance, and operational processes.\n\nDevelop skills in professionalism, financial analysis, decision-making, customer service, communication, confidentiality, and teamwork.\n\nComplete special projects and attend client, investment, operational, or departmental meetings as assigned.\n\nMaintain confidentiality, integrity, and honesty, especially in dealing with customer information.\n\nAct in accordance with FBT policies and procedures as set forth in the employee handbook.\n\nAdhere to compliance procedures and participate in required compliance training and all meetings deemed appropriate by supervisor.\n\nCompensation Grade\nHourly Grade 3First Bank & Trust is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
