Chief operating officer (iGaming B2C)

We are looking for - Chief Operating Officer (COO) role in the US Sweepstakes Casino market - for international iGaming Company.

Key responsibilities:

• Experience Level: Proven experience as a COO, Head of Operations, Operations Director, or in a similar senior leadership position within B2C iGaming.
• Operational Depth: Hands-on experience managing day-to-day operations across multiple departments (e.g., Product, Marketing, CRM, VIP, Affiliates, Payments, Customer Support, Compliance, and Technology) within an online casino or B2C iGaming product.
• Scaling: Demonstrated ability to build operational structures, design scalable processes, and scale teams in fast-growing environments.
• Strategic Execution: Proven track record of translating business strategy into actionable operational plans and measurable results.

• B2C iGaming: Strong understanding of the industry, including player lifecycle management, operational performance drivers, and specific verticals like Casino Operations, CRM, Retention, and Payments.
• Sweepstakes Market: Previous experience in the US Sweepstakes Casino or US iGaming market is highly preferred.

• Organizational Development: Experience building, hiring, and managing cross-functional teams, establishing management structures, and improving team performance.
• KPI Management: Extensive experience developing and implementing KPI frameworks, reporting systems, and dashboards to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Cultural Leadership: Ability to foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Hands-on Approach: A "results-driven" leadership style with a focus on execution and a strong ownership mindset.
• Versatility: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working closely with the CEO.
