The position shall work to maximize equipment availability, through reliable and quality maintenance and effective Planning as well\nRole:\nThe role is responsible to\nReceipt of the work Package from the Reliability Engineer of PM Software or from the Service Orders from the SAP PM system.\nAfter completing the Job Planning coordinate with, Production department for shutdown and Plant Stoppage.\nEnsure Material/Spare Parts requirement availability well before shutdown.\nReview of Spare Part Inventory available in Warehouse.\nExplaining Method statement and providing necessary training to contractor Manpower before start of the Job.\nCaring of people’s health and safety and their well-being \nIdentify Faulty equipment and their issues and sending them for repairing.\nRequired Knowledge base and experience:\nA Full-Time Graduate Mechanical or Chemical Engineer from a Reputed Institution\nMore than 12 to 15 years of experience in continuous process plant in Maintenance or Planning Department.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Working knowledge of field operations.
