The position shall also oversee availability of manpower, arranging requisite resources by coordinating with contractors during shift operation and for attending breakdowns.\nRole:\nThe role is responsible to\nTo minimize the Plant Breakdown hours through effective trouble shooting techniques.\nTo manage shift manpower in case of absentees, followed by sickness, family commitments, leave planning.\nPreparation of Monthly Shift Schedule.\nTo Ensure preventive maintenance activities as per work order.\nPractice 5S culture in maintenance system.\nDevelop high standard of safety culture in maintenance system.\nProviding requirement of Different skill of manpower.\nPrepare a skill requirement based upon job activities.\nDevelop repair plan for breakdown equipment bought into the workshop.\nPrepare SOPs, Work Instruction, and Method statement for maintenance task.\nRequired Knowledge base and experience:\nA Full-Time Graduate Mechanical Engineer from a Reputed Institution\nMore than 12 to 15 years of experience in continuous process plant in Maintenance Department.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Working knowledge of field operations.
