Your role is crucial in maintaining client engagement, managing project milestones, and ensuring the successful deployment of our solutions.You will help work on defining the standards and metrics (utilization rates, etc.) of the implementation team by contributing to continuous improvements around the implementation phase. You need to be comfortable operating within a start-up environment and can make high-quality decisions at pace.You will contribute to the team and be the orchestrator behind every client’s success by consistently meeting and exceeding project delivery goals in a timely and optimal manner for successful project completion that fosters customer success. What’s the role?\nConduct comprehensive onboarding workshops, and guide clients through every phase of the onboarding process to ensure a smooth go-live of their accounts.\nOversee and deliver project components as per the agreed Scope of Work (SoW), ensuring alignment with client expectations and project timelines.\nMaintain a structured communication cadence with clients, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and deliverables through work-in-progress meetings.\nGather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications to drive project success.\nDevelop detailed plans for data migration and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure a seamless transition and validation of the Perx Platform.\nCollaborate with Client’s IT Teams (Solution Architects, Developers, UI/UX, API etc.)\nCollaborate with Internal Teams i.e. Product Managers, Customer Experience Managers and Customer Support teams, to manage the project until go-live\nProduce and deliver comprehensive documentation for client handover upon go-live, ensuring clarity and readiness for client operations.\nDrive the successful deployment of the Perx Platform to client stakeholders and end-users, ensuring effective use and satisfaction.\nStay abreast of new features and functionalities of the Perx Platform to leverage the latest advancements in client implementations.\nPartner with Customer Experience and Product Managers to identify and pursue opportunities for deeper client engagement and value addition.\nMobilize and coordinate resources across the Perx organization to expedite client implementation and onboarding, achieving the shortest possible time to go-live.\nWho are we looking for?\nBA/BS degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent field.\nObtained atleast 5 years of relevant industry experience in implementing SaaS solutions with large enterprise clients. \nSolid SDLC experience and Project Management methodologies/fundamentals\nProven experience in managing complex technical projects, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. \nComfortable in conversing and dealing with web technologies.\nAbility to follow change control procedures and manage revisions to the project with agreement from project sponsors.\nIn-depth knowledge & proven domain expertise in the area of Technical / Functional Consulting experience around implementing SaaS or Business software solutions; Solution design experience a plus.\nExperience managing project risk, and performance metrics and steering projects back on track.\nProfessional certifications (PMI, Prince2, CAPM, PMP e.g.) are a plus.\nFamiliar with financial tracking and reporting of key Project Management and Professional Services Delivery metrics is a plus.\nMarTech experience is a plus.\nExperience working in a B2B SaaS start-up will be advantageous.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, client and time management skills.\nAbility to multitask and prioritize.\nHighly accountable, responsible, creative thinker and problem solver.\nGreat in managing complex and critical issues, internally and externally.\nSelf-starter, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficient.\nWhat's on offer?\nCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and success.\nFlexible work environment with fully remote or hybrid options, empowering you to work at your bestCollaborative and high-performance culture at the forefront of the Martech and Fintech industries\nOpportunity to work with global and regional tier-one enterprises across banking, retail, insurance, and telecommunications\nStrong focus on career growth, with structured development programs and internal mobility across cross-functional roles.\nWork alongside a global team of customer-obsessed, passionate and purpose-driven, and high-performing individuals.\nWork with a globally hand-picked talent pool of passion-driven people who power some of the largest brands globally, leveraging Perx’s SaaS platform to engage with 50Mn+ consumers each day.\nUnlock the future of customer engagement with us!
