We are an integrated electric power technology company. We are principally engaged in the provision of comprehensive power system engineering and technical solutions for the design, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning of HV and EHV substations, HV and EHV transmission lines as well as underground power cable systems for electricity transmission and distribution, operation and maintenance services and trading of proprietary and non-proprietary power system components and equipment

Senior Engineer – Electrical O&M Apply Now Workplace Circumstances

Position Summary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Transmission Line O&M – 230kV
  • Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of 230kV transmission lines.
  • Organize routine line patrols, tower inspections, thermographic inspections, and drone inspections.
  • Inspect and monitor conductors, OPGW, insulator strings, hardware fittings, dampers, earthing systems, and tower foundations.
  • Coordinate vegetation management within the transmission line corridor.
  • Monitor third-party activities near the Right-of-Way (ROW).
  • Prepare defect reports and corrective action plans.
  • Coordinate planned outages with EDC / National Control Centre.
  • Prepare switching schedules and outage requests.
  • Ensure safe isolation and Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures.
  • Monitor system availability and reliability.
  • Participate in fault investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • 230kV Substation O&M
  • Manage maintenance of 230kV circuit breakers, disconnectors/isolators, earthing switches, CTs, CVTs/PTs, lightning arresters, protection & control panels, SCADA/RTU equipment, control cables, and marshalling kiosks.
  • Supervise and perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, functional testing, shutdown maintenance, and emergency repairs.
Expected Profile of Candidates Languages:
  • English - Good
  • Khmer - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Work History:
  • Operations and maintenance for transmission line and substation projects for 7 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge: General & Technical Skills
  • Good command of English and Khmer, including writing, listening, and speaking skills.
  • Must be physically fit and willing to travel to difficult terrains.
Soft Skills
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive learning attitude.
  Position Summary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare management documents for approval, letters of award for subcontractor work, and contractor interim payment submissions.
  • Monitor and update site progress, prepare monthly progress reports, and coordinate with the site team.
  • Maintain site drawings, manufacturer manuals, and related documents.
  • Assist the Project Manager with daily activities and assigned tasks.
Expected Profile of Candidates Languages:
  • English - Good
  • Khmer - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Work History:
  • Project Coordinator or Project Engineer in transmission line and substation projects for 5 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge: General & Technical Skills
  • Good command of English and Khmer, including writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Soft Skills
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive learning attitude.
