It's a big opportunity, and we're only just scratching the surface.\nThe role\nYou'll join Pet Circle's Fulfilment Centre Operations team as a Supply Chain Analyst, working across receiving, inventory, replenishment and dispatch rather than one single area of the warehouse.\n\nYou'll build the reporting and analysis that helps leadership see what's really happening on the floor, and recommend the fixes.\n\nBased at our Eastern Creek Fulfilment Centre, working closely with operations, logistics, merchandising and finance.\n\nWhat you’ll be working on\nSupporting a safety-first culture across the Fulfilment Centre, with reporting that surfaces hazards and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) performance early\n\nAnalysing receiving, stock movement, inventory and fulfilment data in Looker and Google BigQuery to identify bottlenecks across the Fulfilment Centre\n\nBuilding and maintaining operational dashboards and the recurring reporting pack covering receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing and dispatch\n\nMaintaining and reconciling stock levels and inventory records in the WMS/ERP, investigating variances and correcting the cause at the source\n\nVerifying incoming deliveries against purchase orders, processing goods receipt, and liaising with suppliers and carriers on discrepancies, short shipments and damaged freight\n\nMonitoring KPIs such as turnaround times, accuracy, timeliness and volume against target, and reporting performance to leadership\n\nPlanning receiving, storage and fulfilment capacity against forecast volumes so stock is available without excess holding\n\nIdentifying and recommending efficiency improvements across the Fulfilment Centre, and supporting training of team members on systems and procedures\n\nActing as a point of contact between operations, logistics, merchandising, finance and customer service\n\nWhat we're looking for\nStrong data analysis skills, with hands-on experience in Looker and Google BigQuery or equivalent BI and data warehouse tools.\n\nA degree in business and information systems highly desirable\n\nExperience working across ERP/WMS systems such as NetSuite, Manhattan WMS or similar\n\nInventory control, reconciliation and stock accuracy experience\n\nClear verbal and written communication, with a track record of presenting data to operational leadership\n\nA customer service mindset with a track record of meeting SLAs\n\nComfortable multitasking and staying effective under pressure in a fast-paced Fulfilment Centre environment\n\nForklift licence (Counterbalance, Reach and/or High-Reach) highly regarded but not essential\n\nWhere you'll work\nThis role is based in our Eastern Creek Fulfilment Centre.\nA few good things\nHeaps of development opportunities - lunch & learns, secondments &unlimited learning courses via Go1\n\nFlexible working environment\n\nUp to 50% employee discount\n\nProduct sample giveaways\n\nPawrental leave and wellbeing leave\n\nVolunteer days for the causes you care about\n\nFitness corporate partnership\n\nWhy you'll want in\nLooking after pets, and the pet parents who love them, is what gets us out of bed.
