You’ll act boldly, embrace continuous improvement, and partner with teammates and customers to deliver wins.\nOn time punctuality and good attendance\nRotate inventory with the older dates in front\nFill out pick tickets correctly with the date, time, jack # and initials\nFill out daily the incoming materials log for eggs, chemicals or materials\nFill out trailer inspection forms completely and correctly for each load\nKeep coolers swept, clean and organized utilizing downtime\nMaintain electric jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks, including charging them at the end of each day\nComply with all food safety procedures, regulatory requirements and process efficiency\nReport any food safety issues to any Manager\nFollow all workplace safety procedures per safety training\nEnd of day housekeeping\nAny and all other duties as assigned\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Flock:\nWe are one team - united by respect and a shared commitment to doing what’s right. We value collaboration, curiosity, and diverse viewpoints - because they make our flock stronger.\nHigh School Diploma or GED preferred\nPrevious warehouse experience preferred\nAbility to obtain power equipment certification (electric pallet jack, sit-down/stand-up forklift, reach truck)\nAttention to detail\nOrganizational skills\nStrong work ethic\nGood communication skills\nAble to lift a minimum of 50 pounds\nFrequent lifting of 35-50 pounds\nExtended periods of standing and walking\nFrequent repetitive reaching motion with both arms\nFrequent grasping with hands and fingers\nFrequent bending and stooping\nAbility to operate electric pallet jack, sit-down and stand-up forklifts, and reach truck\nAbility to safely place pallets in racking systems up to 39 feet high is a plus. \nAbility to keep up in a fast-paced environment\nWork Schedule & Hours:\nDay Shift: Monday through Friday\nShifts are typically 8 to 12 hours per day, depending on operational needs.\nStart and end times may vary based on truck arrivals, order fulfillment demands, equipment downtime, production schedules, and other business needs.\nFlexibility is required, as schedules may be adjusted to support business operations.\nOvertime may be requested on weekdays beyond the regular shift and on Saturdays, particularly during our startup phase.
