You've worked at a senior or lead level and owned production systems end to end.\nTechnical Leadership: Proven experience guiding engineers through mentoring, code reviews and clear technical direction.\nStrong Engineering Foundation: Strong proficiency in at least one of TypeScript/Node.js, Python or C++, and hands-on experience with the corresponding frameworks, such as NestJS, Fastify, FastAPI or Flask, or Vue.js on the frontend.\nEnd-to-End Mindset:Experience shipping product features across the stack, with a solid understanding of both backend concerns (APIs, data models, services, performance) and frontend concerns (UI, usability).\nCloud Expertise: Solid understanding of AWS (or a comparable provider) and cloud architecture.\nCI/CD:Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containers; experience with Kubernetes or Terraform is a plus.\nHigh-Throughput Systems:Experience building and running high-traffic systems in production.\nMonitoring & Observability:Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog.\nSecurity & Networking:Security Awareness: Good understanding of security best practices in software and the cloud.\nAgile & Fast-Paced Environments:Experience in agile teams in dynamic, fast-growing tech environments.\nExcellent Communication:Strong English communication skills (C1+) and the ability to collaborate across teams.
