We already use AI agents for investigations, reviews and routine ops work. You'll help us push further and design the guardrails that make it safe.\nMake CI/CD fast and boring in the best way. You'll keep evolving our GitLab pipelines for backend and IoT deployments, so we can deploy to production continuously and with confidence.\nTurn observability into a superpower. You'll improve how we monitor our services with Datadog, so we spot issues before customers do and every alert is worth waking up for.\nScale for thousands of parking lots and beyond. You'll make sure our systems keep up as the network grows, with reliability, cost and performance in mind.\nShape our engineering culture. You'll champion modern practices: clean, well-tested and efficient code, infrastructure as code, and blameless learning.\nYour Expertise, Skills & Mindset:\nExperienced DevOps Engineer: Not defined by years of experience but striving for continuous improvement, direct impact on the business, and ownership\n Cloud & Kubernetes: You have deep hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes (ideally EKS) in production, including GitOps and CI/CD.\nReliability: You know observability, meaningful alerting, and incident response, and you build with security by default.\nCoding & AI: You write automation in Python or TypeScript and use agentic AI tools every day.\nNice to have: Experience with IoT/edge deployments or running databases at scale.\nExcellent written and spoken English skills (level C1).
